Over the years we have carried out multiple construction projects: villas and chalets, luxury detached houses, renovations and restorations, complexes of semi-detached houses and buildings with apartments.
We have also done the parcelling of the land and land urbanisation, providing it with services and coordinating the necessary paperwork, which includes:
- Administrative procedures and technical meetings with the different town halls.
- Drafting the all the projects with the appropriate technicians for each area (architect, engineers: industrial, Road, Canal and Port and Telecommunications).
- Obtaining the licenses from the supply companies of all the necessary services.
- Carrying out and directing the civil works, providing the plots with all the services: light, water, gas, telephone, public street lighting, pavement kerbs, bike lane, road paving, underground garbage containers, gardens and green zones, retaining walls of natural stone and concrete.
