The villa offers a large terrace around the private swimming pool and a large barbecue area with chill-out. A two stories holiday home with an upper level entrance throw a stairway to balcony with dining table.

A living area with TV+SAT, equipped kitchen, small shower room, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Downstairs at the pool level, small apartment with 1 twin bedroom with shower / toilet.

Payable on arrival

Security deposit € 400 for families and groups up to four people. For groups larger than 4 people, under an age of 35 years : € 150 per person.(Cash, Visa or MasterCard).
