Villa for holiday rental on the coast of Benissa (Costa Blanca, Alicante)

Villa Sol Mar is located in a residential area near Benissa coast and its famous coves along the coast road between Moraira and Calpe. The villa is less than 10 min. drive from the main beaches of Moraira, a beautiful charming town that has become a touristic hotspot in the last few years, due to its marvelous coast. Calpe resort is only 15 minutes drive away.

The villa enjoys a perfect relaxing atmosphere with sea views and high level of privacy. Sol Mar offers parking for 2 cars from which we flow to a wonderful spacious terrace, all on one level, presenting us with a private swimming pool, sun beds, sun umbrellas and an outdoor dining area with a built BBQ, all encompassed by a subtle traditional style garden.

The entire accommodation is located in the lower level of the villa, the top floor remains closed and unoccupied during the letting months. We access to the lower level from the pool terrace into a hall and to the open kitchen with dining table, then we find a welcoming living area with Sat+TV+DVD player, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtubs and shower. The washing machine is located in the garage.
