Only 4 Km. separate us from the beautiful coastal town of Moraira, where a large variety of bars, restaurants, and shops can be explored together with the main sand beach “ La Ampolla” and various water activities like scuba diving and jet ski trips. This superb villa will make it hard for you to leave this lovely spot.

The entire accommodation is on three levels: By the drive, we find parking for 2 cars, from where, stairs lead down to the top floor, where we find a covered terrace with sea views and TV, then we access to the dining room and living area with fireplace. An equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, and a twin bedroom plus two bathrooms with shower.

External steps lead us down to the lower apartment with a balcony with wonderful sea views, a living area, a kitchenette, a washing machine, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Further external steps, lead us down to the private pool terrace with Barbecue area and chill-out corner, just perfect to enjoy the coastline views from Moraira to Calpe, Ifach rock.

The exterior is well surrounded by a subtle Mediterranean garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants.
