A good choice for a large family wanting to be close to this popular beach resort of Calpe. This villa is a two storey holiday home. Entrance through the kitchen to a lounge living/dining room with Sat+TV. On this level are two twin bedroom and a double bedroom, plus shower / toilet.

Upstairs are one double and two twin bedroom with a shower / toilet room. Access from the lounge to a covered veranda with dining table and the pool and patio. Behind the villa a large BBQ area with dishwasher.

Towels and bed linen (this can also be rented  for € 15 per person and week. Weekly change is obligated, and should be collected from the office.)

Payable on arrival

Security deposit € 400 for families and groups up to four people. For groups larger than 4 people, under an age of 35 years : € 150 per person.(Cash, Visa or MasterCard).
