The house is located in a quiet but well-connected area and close to well-known towns such as Denia and Jávea with their wonderful beaches. The Portal de la Marina shopping center is a few minutes away by car. And other towns bathed by the Mediterranean such as Moraira, Benissa costa, Calpe, Altea are very well connected by the AP7 motorway, so it will only be a short drive to reach them.

The house has 2 floors and is distributed in:

- Ground floor, from where we access the house and where we find the bright and spacious living-dining room with a cozy fireplace, 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a shower and a bathtub). On this floor we also find a large kitchen fully equipped with appliances and utensils and has an access door to the outside.

- Upper floor, on this floor there is a leisure area where there is a billiard table where you can spend fun moments of games with friends and / or family. It can also be used as a work area since there is a table to work and it has a Wi-Fi connection. On this floor there is also another very large and spacious bedroom with access to a private outdoor terrace and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower.
