Holiday rental of villa with beautiful views in Benissa. Charming villa set in a quiet residential area only 5 Min. drive away from the main hot spots of Benissa coast. Linda enjoys of a great location providing scenic views that reach out all the way up to satisfying sea views. By the coast we will find some of the most refined coves and beaches of the entire “Costa Blanca”. Due to its elevated position, the views are guaranteed at all times offering an unforgettable holiday experience. The villa is located in between the 2 main towns of this area, Moraira and Calpe, both accessible within 15 Min. by car.

Linda offers parking for 1 car, from where a couple of steps lead to the top floor where we find an outdoor dining area. Another set of stairs takes us down to the spacious terrace area together with a private swimming pool, sun beds, an exterior shower and a built-in BBQ where we can relax while enjoying the splendid views.

The entire accommodation is on the top floor. Entrance leads through a bright conservatory with splendid views over the entire Mediterranean landscape to a living area decorated in a traditional fashion with wood beams and a fire place and equipped with Sat+TV. From there we flow towards an open American kitchen and two twin bedrooms sharing a shower room.
