Welcome to San Jaime 3B, a charming villa located in San Jaime by the Benissa coast. Sit back and relax while enjoying the beautiful sea views that reach all the way to the famous rock of Ifach. Find a variety of restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within walking distance together with the precious cove of “Baladrar”. Only 5 Min. drive separates us from the refined coast town of Moraira where restaurants, bars, shops, and the main sand beach “ La Ampolla” can be explored together with different water activities for the adventurous ones. The sports enthusiasts will find a golf course and various tennis courts only 10 Min. walk from the villa.

Villa San Jaime 3B enjoys of a lively Mediterranean environment encompassed by palms and pine trees, offering a pleasant holiday experience. By the drive we find parking for 2 cars, which flows toward a spacious terrace. The private swimming pool forms the heart of this holiday home, equipped with sunbeds, various sun patios, a BBQ, and an outdoor dining area by the covered veranda on the second floor, accessible through external stairs from the pool area.

The interior of this home is a two-storey holiday home connected through internal stairs. The drive leads toward external stairs, taking us to the upper floor, entering through a covered veranda with unforgettable views to the sea, entrance into a traditional style living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD, leading toward a well-equipped kitchen and a guest WC. Internal stairs take us down to the accommodation with 1 twin and another double bedroom sharing a full bathroom with a washing machine.
