Villa Aaron enjoys a sophisticated and quiet location in the Ortembach urbanization of Calpe, with charming panoramic views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach and is only 2 min. by car from Levante beach and Bol beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. Only 3 km separates us from the center of Calpe, one of the most attractive points of interest for visitors to Costa Blanca, as it offers two great beaches with a wide variety of shops, water sports, restaurants, and bars right on the beachfront along its two promenades.

Villa Aaron has parking for 3 cars, from where only a couple of steps lead down to a spacious house with a large private pool, sun loungers, several patios in the sun, and a covered barbecue area, all surrounded by a large terrace by the pool area. The villa is built on 2 independent floors, equipped with central heating and connected, both floors, only through external stairs. From the parking you access the upper part of the house, we enter the corridor that opens onto the living room, equipped with Sat + TV + DVD + A / C. A bright dining room with sea views and a fully equipped kitchen lead to a bedroom with a double bed and A / C, a bathroom with a bathtub, and another large bedroom with a double bed, A / C, and a bathroom with a shower, plus the laundry room.
