Holiday villa with private swimming pool in Benissa

Villa Monica I is a cozy holiday home located on the beautiful hillside by Benissa coast. Enjoying a quite and peaceful residential area, Monica I provides nice views over the charming Mediterranean hills of “Montemar”, due to its elevated position. Only a couple of Min. drive separate us from the coast where a variety of bars, restaurants and a supermarket can be found together with the cove “ Cala Baladrar”.

By the drive, we find parking for 1 car, from where a set of stairs lead down towards a terrace with a private swimming pool, surrounded by sun beds, a BBQ, all encompassed by a tropical garden and panoramic views over the Mediterranean hills.This two-storey holiday home´s accommodation is entirely on the bottom floor, while the upper apartment remains closed and empty during the renting period. From the pool area, external stairs lead up to a cozy living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD, an A/C and a fully equipped kitchen. We follow toward 1 double bedroom with A/C, 1 double bedroom with twin beds and another bedroom with a single bed. All bedrooms share a shower room equipped with a washing machine.

From the parking place, stairs lead up to a sun terrace with a stone table with seats, ideal to look at the stars in the warm summer nights.
