This villa is a very modern villa with private swimming pool, spacious sun patios, outdoor dining area with BBQ and conservatory for cooler evenings. Entrance through an open parking place into a hall, steps lead down to a large open living area with SAT+TV+DVD+A/C, plenty of space, modern kitchen full equipped, dining room and guest toilet.

From the living area access to the private pool and terrace with BBQ area and outside furniture. Further steps lead down to the bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with balcony and one twin bedroom with a shower room and a bathroom. All bedrooms with A/C.

Payable on arrival

Security deposit € 400 for families and groups up to four people. For groups larger than 4 people, under an age of 35 years : € 150 per person.(Cash, Visa or MasterCard).
